Amazing service from Tony – coming to clean my carpets at late notice while we were away. He got some tricky stains out and the carpets look fantastic! Thank you !

Tony was very professional in his approach and he was successful in removing a stubborn (ink?) stain from our carpet, together with a general clean of the room. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Tony and his company to other who need his service.

Tony laid the carpet at our home and we were so impressed with his service and his willingness to assist. He recommended solutions and the end result was stunning. Totally recommend Carpets & Critters and Tony himself – a top guy.

Tony did a great job getting rid of pet odour in an old carpet and then supplied and laid new carpet. Fantastic job and Joan is thrilled with the outcome.

Highly recommend! Our carpet had so many food spills and baby spit ups but Tony was able to remove everything and our carpet looks brand new!

I emailed Carpets and Critters. Within a few hours inbetween jobs of theirs i received a call from Tony. Orgainised for have a the property I was renting cleaned. Tony turned up at a time convenient to me. Cleaned the property. When i went round to do last few touch ups to the property. The carpet looked new the fibers we soft and comfy under foot. 100 out of 10 would recommend to any one and would pay more for their service.

I happily recommend Tony at Carpets & Critters. He has done an excellent job, for me, of carpet cleaning and stain removal, on two occasions over the last month.
It also helps that he is reliable, reasonably priced, pleasant and very good at keeping in touch about timing.

My carpets are wool and we’re badly stained, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well they came up after being cleaned by Tony. He was very meticulous and did a thorough job cleaning the carpets. Tony also sprayed our house for insects, I have to say I have only seen the odd fly, there has definitely been a reduction in flies, and I haven’t seen a cockroach or spider inside either, which is great as we live amongst the bush and normally get all those critters ar this time of the year. I highly recommend using this service to clean your carpets and insect control.

Tony was able accommodate us by moving our booking to another day with ease. Such a great service, very professional and the carpet was a great result. I happily recommend.

Tony came to sort a flooding issue in one of our bedrooms. He was quick to respond and dried the carpets with big fans. The coolest thing was that he put the room back exactly how he found it. Even made the bed. Nice unexpected personal touch

I had a look large wasp nest, and when I rang about it they came the same day and dealt with it, successfully.

Tony Hatton travelled an hour and half to install carpet throughout my house. He was courteous, respectful and did his job really well. My carpet turned out amazing !!

I can’t speak highly enough about the service Tony offered in the carpet cleaning department. Having just completed a reno there were “blobs” of liquid nails or some such in the carpet and I despaired they could be removed. The carpet came up like new much to my delight. Highly recommend.

My husband Ken is an ex professional carpet cleaner, who has been out of the industry for some 15 years. He has struggled to find a cleaner locally who met his exacting standards. Tony has done this plus! Left the carpets superbly clean and very dry, and was totally professional with no short cuts. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
