Amazing service from Tony – coming to clean my carpets at late notice while we were away. He got some tricky stains out and the carpets look fantastic! Thank you !

Tony was very professional in his approach and he was successful in removing a stubborn (ink?) stain from our carpet, together with a general clean of the room. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Tony and his company to other who need his service.

I emailed Carpets and Critters. Within a few hours inbetween jobs of theirs i received a call from Tony. Orgainised for have a the property I was renting cleaned. Tony turned up at a time convenient to me. Cleaned the property. When i went round to do last few touch ups to the property. The carpet looked new the fibers we soft and comfy under foot. 100 out of 10 would recommend to any one and would pay more for their service.

My carpets are wool and we’re badly stained, I was pleasantly surprised to see how well they came up after being cleaned by Tony. He was very meticulous and did a thorough job cleaning the carpets. Tony also sprayed our house for insects, I have to say I have only seen the odd fly, there has definitely been a reduction in flies, and I haven’t seen a cockroach or spider inside either, which is great as we live amongst the bush and normally get all those critters ar this time of the year. I highly recommend using this service to clean your carpets and insect control.

Tony was able accommodate us by moving our booking to another day with ease. Such a great service, very professional and the carpet was a great result. I happily recommend.

Tony came to sort a flooding issue in one of our bedrooms. He was quick to respond and dried the carpets with big fans. The coolest thing was that he put the room back exactly how he found it. Even made the bed. Nice unexpected personal touch

I can’t speak highly enough about the service Tony offered in the carpet cleaning department. Having just completed a reno there were “blobs” of liquid nails or some such in the carpet and I despaired they could be removed. The carpet came up like new much to my delight. Highly recommend.
